I uploaded that document in my office and downloaded it at home... it worked fine...
I don't know why it cannot work fine you there, I hope someone has successfully read it can write a post here to prove it's fine... lol
Sorry, I'm writing this post in my laptop and the operation system is Ubuntu, I don't know how to input Chinese yet... so I have to write an English post here...

我刚试过在服务器上直接打开chm文档没有问题。真是奇怪了。不能用的朋友可否将出错的图片贴上来看看？

经过我的测试，使用FF下载的文件一点问题也没有，IE下载下来的会出现空白内容现象，原因未知。
